Zhongji InnoLight systematically governs supply chain social responsibility, mandating partners to uphold labor rights, ensure a safe and healthy working environment, practice environmental protection, and adhere to business ethics in compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct. Leveraging the Supplier CSR Audit Checklist, we conduct rigorous audits and provide constructive guidance to foster a transparent, compliant, and sustainable supply chain ecosystem. Together with our partners, we strive to achieve long-term equilibrium among economic, social, and environmental benefits.
Zhongji InnoLight maintains continuous attention to conflict minerals issues and strictly adheres to the Conflict Minerals Policy. The company has advanced comprehensive supply chain investigations in depth, exercising strict control over the sources of gold (Au), tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), and mica to ensure that these materials do not originate from conflict-affected mining areas. For suppliers involved with relevant materials, the company has achieved a 100% signing rate of the Declaration of Conflict-Free Minerals, building a solid compliance defense from the source and ensuring that all products fully comply with RBA standards and OECD regulations. At the same time, through annual conflict minerals due diligence and continuous tracking of qualified smelter developments, the company continues to strengthen compliance controls over smelters at the supplier level, steadily enhancing the management of conflict minerals.

The company operates a four-level ESG governance system. The Board of Directors makes top-tier ESG decisions and supervises implementation. The Sustainability Committee oversees overall ESG performance, risk assessment and disclosure, reporting progress semi-annually. The ESG Working Group coordinates resources and holds quarterly progress sessions, while relevant departments execute all ESG tasks per internal rules.
